1. Who we are
Easy House Loan ("we", "us", "our") is a loan facilitation service operated by a CSC Village Level Entrepreneur based in Bangalore, India. We help you apply for loan products offered by partner banks and Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).
2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect information you provide such as your name, mobile number, area, loan requirement and consent. If you proceed with a loan application, we may collect KYC documents, income proofs, bank statements and property documents as required by the lender.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to (a) understand your loan requirement, (b) check your eligibility with partner lenders, (c) prepare and submit your loan application, and (d) coordinate with you and the lender through to disbursement.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share your information only with (a) partner banks/HFCs you explicitly consent to, (b) service providers strictly necessary to deliver our service (e.g. document storage), and (c) authorities when legally required. We do not sell your data.
5. Your rights under the DPDP Act
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time, though this may prevent us from continuing an in-progress loan application.
6. Data retention
We retain your information only as long as reasonably necessary to complete your loan application and to meet applicable regulatory or record-keeping requirements.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure — please share sensitive documents only through channels we ask you to use.
